Current price for a 1/4, 1/2 or full is only $4.75per pound/hanging weight for all these cuts plus you pay processing. We have monthly appointments at Martin’s Meat Processing in Snover, Michigan which do an amazing job of hanging our meat to optimize the tenderness and then double wrap it in plastic and paper to guarantee no freezer burns for years. We also sell 1 pound packages of hamburger for $5.50/pound.
